Bike To Bay Ride - April 18th

Forgot to mention -we did the Bike to Bay Ride again this year in Bethany Beach, De.

Everyone was getting lost at the beginning, because they had this weird route of going South on Route 1 and then turning around after a couple of miles and retreating back the way you came.

We did 36 miles.

Back in the Saddle- Oley Valley

Okay, I am not blogging every ride this year. But, we are in June and we haven't reached 200 miles yet. We need the Oley ride today starting at the Weis and doing the beginning of the pedal and pig out ride and than down to Daniel Boone Homestead. We came back Limeklin road and ended up with 30 miles.

It doesn't take long to get out of shape, but hopefully this ride will get us back on track.
